1. Eligibility & User Accounts

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.


2. Services

•KelickIt provides an online platform for users to order groceries and other products from local vendors.

•We do not own or sell products directly; vendors are solely responsible for product quality, safety, and compliance.


3. Orders & Pricing

•Prices are displayed at the time of order and may include applicable taxes, fees, or delivery charges.

•All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the vendor.

•In case of incorrect pricing or technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.


4. Payments

•Payments can be made via online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

•By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

•Any transaction fees (if applicable) will be shown before checkout.


5. Delivery & Cancellations

•Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.


•Orders once placed may not be cancelled after confirmation, except where allowed by the vendor’s policy.

If• an item is unavailable, KelickIt or the vendor may cancel the order and issue a refund, if applicable.


6. Refunds & Returns

•Refunds are issued in accordance with vendor and platform policies.

•Perishable items (like fruits, vegetables, dairy) are generally non-returnable unless damaged at delivery.

•Users must raise refund/return requests within [24 hours] of delivery.


7. Vendor Responsibilities

•Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, legality, packaging, and labeling.

•KelickIt acts only as an intermediary platform and is not liable for vendor actions or product issues.


8. Limitation of Liability

•KelickIt is not responsible for delays, product defects, damages, or losses caused by vendors or delivery partners.

•Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the order value.


9. Intellectual Property

•All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to KelickIt.

•Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.


10. Prohibited Use

•Users agree not to:

•Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

•Interfere with the functioning of the website/app.

•Misuse discounts, referral codes, or promotions.


11. Termination

•We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.


•Users may deactivate their account anytime by contacting support.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

•These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

•Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Faridpur/Uttar Pradesh].
